Abstract: 본 발명은 광주성을 이용한 신경세포의 이동 유도 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 신경세포가 임의 지점에 투입되어 있는 배양 플레이트와, 상기 배양 플레이트 내로 광원을 조사하되, 상기 신경세포와 인접한 주변 지점을 향해 임의 파장대의 광원을 조사하는 광원부와, 상기 광원에 의한 상기 신경세포의 이동 또는 성장에 관한 거동을 관측하는 촬상 모듈, 및 상기 관측된 영상으로부터 상기 임의 파장대의 광원이 상기 신경세포의 거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 분석부를 포함하는 신경세포의 이동 유도 장치를 제공한다.
상기 광주성을 이용한 신경세포의 이동 유도 장치에 따르면, 신경세포가 광원이 주사된 위치로 직접 이동 및 성장할 수 있도록 유도하여 결손 또는 손상된 신경세포의 재생을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 광원이 통과되는 특정 패턴을 사용하여 신경세포가 해당 패턴에 대응하는 형태로 연결되어 성장할 수 있도록 유도할 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for inducing the migration of neurons using phototaxis. According to the present invention, the apparatus for inducing the migration of neurons comprises: a culture plate in which neurons are put in random spots; a light source part emitting a light source into the culture plate, but emitting the light source of an optional wavelength into spots adjacent to the neurons; an imaging module observing movements for migration or growth of the neurons by the light source; and an analyzing part analyzing an effect of the light source of the optional wavelength on the migration of the neurons using the observed images. According to the apparatus for inducing the migration of neurons using phototaxis, neurons can be induced to directly move to the spot where the light source is emitted and grow, thereby facilitating the regeneration of defect or damaged neurons. Also, neurons can be induced to grow by being connected in a form corresponding to a pattern using a specific pattern formed when the light source passes.
