Abstract: A manufacturing method of the electric double layer condenser can increase the capacitance of the electric double layer condenser by extending the inter-layer space of the graphite material and forming the electric double layer with the electro-chemical activation. The graphite material is oxidized(S100). The oxidized graphite material is heat-treated in (S200). By using the heat-treated graphite material, electrode is formed(S300). Capacitor cell including electrode and electrolyte are manufactured(S400). The capacitor cell is electrochemically activated(S500).

Abstract: 전기이중층 커패시터의 제조방법이 제공된다. 이에 따르면, 먼저, 흑연 소재를 산화시킨다. 상기 산화된 흑연 소재를 열처리한다. 상기 열처리된 흑연 소재를 이용하여 전극을 형성한다. 상기 전극 및 전해질을 포함하는 커패시터 셀을 제조한다. 상기 셀에 전압을 인가하여 전극을 전기화학적으로 활성화시킨다. 이에 따르면, 전기이중층 커패시터의 축전용량, 에너지 밀도 및 출력 밀도를 증가시킬 수 있다.
