Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing germline chimera of interspecies birds is provided to obtain transformed bird with high efficiency and preserve endangerd birds. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing germline chimera of interspecies birds comprises: a step of preparing germ cells of a donor bird; a step or transplanting the germ cells to a embryo of a receptor bird; and a step of culturing the egg and hatching. A method for preparing a transformed bird comprises: a step of preparing germ cells of a donor bird; a step of transferring a foreign gene to the germ cell of the donor bird; a step of transplanting the tranferred germ cells to the embryo of a receptor bird; and a step of culturing the embryo and hatching.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种种间种鸟类种系的方法，以获得高效转化的鸟类，保护鸟类。 构成：种间鸟类种系的嵌合体的制备方法，包括：制备供体鸟生殖细胞的步骤; 将生殖细胞移植到受体鸟的胚胎上; 并培养鸡蛋和孵化的步骤。 制备转化鸟的方法包括：制备供体鸟的生殖细胞的步骤; 将外源基因转移到供体鸟的生殖细胞的步骤; 将转移的生殖细胞移植到受体鸟的胚胎的步骤; 并培育胚胎和孵化的步骤。

Abstract: 본발명은조류사이의이종간(interspecies) 생식선카이메라의제조방법및 형질전환조류의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명은생식세포를이용한조류사이의이종간생식선카이메라생산시스템을처음으로확립한것으로, 본발명에서연중번식하는가금을이용하여생산된생식선카이메라는연중번식이가능하지않은준가금류또는멸종위기조류의생식세포를생산할수 있으므로, 야생또는멸종위기의조류를보존하는데크게기여할수 있다. 또한상기방법은이종의품종을이용하여검정교배를실시함으로써이식된공여체유래생식세포의수정률을높이는효과를가져올수 있어유전자전이기법의응용과함께고효율의형질전환조류생산기법으로의활용이가능하다.
