Abstract: PURPOSE: A ubiquitous service using a forearm-wearable bio signal measurement system is provided to enable quick treatment for a patient through prescription of a medical team of a central medical center, thereby reducing death probability. CONSTITUTION: By a forearm-wearable bio signal measurement system(200) and a video/voice transceiving device(300) of a rescue person, a health state of a patient(100) is measured under remote diagnosis environment. The measured information is transmitted to a remote central medical center server(800) through remote communication. By a dedicated program, reference and analysis of a specialized medical team(900) are conducted in a remote place. Prescription and direction of the specialized medical team are transmitted to the bio signal measurement system again.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用前臂可佩戴的生物信号测量系统的无处不在的服务，以便通过处方中心医疗中心的医疗团队来快速治疗患者，从而降低死亡概率。 构成：通过救护人员的前臂可佩戴的生物信号测量系统（200）和视频/语音收发装置（300），在远程诊断环境下测量患者（100）的健康状态。 所测量的信息通过远程通信传输到远程中央医疗中心服务器（800）。 通过专门的方案，在偏远的地方进行专门的医疗队（900）的参考和分析。 专业医疗队的处方和方向再次传输到生物信号测量系统。
