Abstract: A multi-transceiving antenna device in a multi-cell environment and a method thereof are provided to determine transmission methods in consideration of the performance of both self cell and neighboring cells by using information only, which is realistically obtainable in the multi-cell environment, thereby reducing complexity. Each of the second units calculates the instant performance of self cell for transmission methods of each cell by using estimated channel reaction information and noise/interference signal correlation matrices(S10,S12). Each unit calculates the average performance of neighboring cells in accordance with the transmission methods of each cell for transmission power by using pre-stored information(S14). Each unit selects transmission methods in consideration of a value of the calculated instant performance of the self cells and a value of the average performance of the neighboring cells(S16). Each unit feeds back information on the selected transmission methods to the first units of the corresponding cells(S18).
