Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of calcium phosphate ion solutions, calcium phosphate colloid ion solutions formed by maintaining the calcium phosphate ion solutions at low temperature, dots or thin films of calcium phosphate formed on a solid substrate using the calcium phosphate colloid ion solutions, and calcium phosphate granules prepared in the calcium phosphate colloid ion solutions are provided. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of calcium phosphate ion solutions comprises a step (i) of preparing an ion solution having pH of 6.0 to 10.0 including phosphoric acid ions; a step (ii) of preparing an ion solution having pH of 6.0 to 10.0 including calcium ions; and a step (iii) of preparing calcium phosphate solution having pH of 6.0 to 10.0 by mixing the ion solutions. The preparation method of calcium phosphate ion solutions comprises a step (i) of preparing an ion solution having pH of 6.0 or less including phosphoric acid ions and calcium ions; and a step (ii) of preparing calcium phosphate solution having pH of 6.0 to 10.0 by mixing a basic solution with the ion solution. The material including dots is characterized in that it is formed by a method of comprising a step (i) of preparing calcium phosphate ion solution prepared by a preparation method comprising a process (a) of preparing calcium ion and phosphoric acid ion solutions by dissolving calcium salt and phosphoric acid salt into an acidic solution, a process (b) of mixing the prepared calcium ion and phosphoric acid ion solutions with an alkali solution at low temperature, and a process (c) of removing amorphous calcium phosphate granules or crystals from the prepared solution; a step (ii) of preparing calcium phosphate colloid ion solution in the calcium phosphate ion solution by leaving alone the prepared calcium phosphate ion solution at a temperature of 0 to 60 deg.C; and a step (iii) of pouring the prepared calcium phosphate colloid ion solution onto a solid substrate.

Abstract: A biomaterial made of a thin film of calcium phosphate crystals for inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase biocompatibility by preventing a lower substrate coated with the calcium phosphate thin film of high roughness from being exposed. The method for manufacturing the biomaterial coated with a calcium phosphate thin film of high surface roughness comprises the steps of: pouring calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of a solid; firstly reacting the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the solid at 20~45°C for 20~40 minutes; pouring the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the calcium phosphate thin film; and secondly reacting the calcium phosphate supersaturated solution on the surface of the calcium phosphate thin film at 20~45°C for 60~120 minutes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for forming the calcium phosphate crystal thin film on the solid surface wherein the calcium phosphate crystal thin film is formed in a short time, on the hydrophobic surface which is difficult in forming the crystal thin film. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming the calcium phosphate crystal thin film on the solid surface includes coating with the coatings composed of the organic material which is adhered to the solid material and promotes to form a thin film; contacting it with the supersaturated calcium phosphate solution; and cultivating it to form the calcium phosphate crystal thin film. The coatings composed of the organic material has a crystal structure with the hydrophilic and hydrophobic domains together, acts as a linker that is adhered to the solid surface and links the hydrophobic surface with calcium phosphate, promotes to form a thin film, and does not generate an immune reaction in a human body.
