    Abstract: A micro suction pump using solid chemical propellant is provided to employ an AIBN matrix for inhaling fluid to transmit the same to a desired channel by simply heating the AIBN matrix. A micro suction pump using solid chemical propellant includes a micro heater(43), a micro fluid channel(41) plate, and an AIBN matrix(42) formed by mixing AIBN and liquid Teflon together. The fine fluid channel has an inlet for supplying gas source, an input channel part for making flow of the gas supplied via the inlet uniform, a convergence part having a width reduced from the input channel part to a nozzle part, a nozzle channel part for stabilizing gas flow from the convergence part, a suction channel part connected to the nozzle channel part for inhaling external fluid, and a divergence part connected to the suction channel part and having a width increasing from the nozzle part to an output part. The AIBN matrix is attached to a top part of the micro heater.
