Abstract: 본 발명은 코팅 스트레스 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 기판 상에 코팅된 코팅층의 건조 도중 상기 코팅층에 발생하는 스트레스를, 반사되는 광선의 위치 이동을 측정함으로써 구하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 코팅 스트레스 측정장치는 외부와 차단된 건조실에서 온도나 습도 등의 환경변수를 제어함으로써 보다 정밀한 코팅 스트레스 측정이 가능하고, 반사부나 거리조절부를 도입하여 광선 경로의 조절이 용이하다. 나아가, 광분배부를 통해 기판의 모든 영역에 다수 개의 광선을 동시에 조사하고 그 각각의 위치 변화를 측정함으로써 비대칭적인 휨 변위 분포를 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이렇게 얻은 정보를 토대로 건조 공정을 제어함으로써 크랙, 박리, 주름 등의 발생을 억제할 수 있다.

Abstract: A coating stress measuring device is provided to be possible for grasping the asymmetrical bending displacement distribution by measuring the location change of irradiated beam. A coating stress measuring device comprises a light source(10), a drying room(20) drying a coated substrate(61), a detection unit(30) detecting the beam reflected from the coated substrate after being irradiated from the light source; and an optical distribution part distributing the beam irradiated from the light source to 2~36. The drying room includes a window(24) transmitting the beam, a supporting part(21) supporting the coated substrate, and a sensor(27).
