Abstract: An artificial skin containing mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to result in excellent effects similar to original skin when it is used for skin transplantation. An artificial skin comprises: a dermis counterpart containing fibroblasts and mesenchymal cells on collagen matrix; and keratinocytes which are cultured on the dermis counterpart. A method for manufacturing the artificial skin includes the steps of: preparing the dermis counterpart by adding fibroblasts and mesenchymal cells on collagen matrix; and inoculating and cultivating keratinocytes on the prepared the dermis counterpart.

Abstract translation: 提供含有间充质干细胞（MSC）的人造皮肤及其制造方法，以在用于皮肤移植时产生与原始皮肤相似的优异效果。 人造皮肤包括：在胶原基质上含有成纤维细胞和间充质细胞的真皮对应物; 和在真皮对照物上培养的角质形成细胞。 制造人造皮肤的方法包括以下步骤：通过在胶原基质上添加成纤维细胞和间充质细胞来制备真皮对象物; 并在制备真皮对应物上接种和培养角质形成细胞。
