Abstract: A method for preparing a transgenic plant is provided to obtain an AtCPL5(Arabidopsis thaliana CTD phosphatase domain protein) transgenic plant having the resistance against ABA or NaCl and drought stress by over-expressing an AtCPL5 gene in a plant. A gene encoding an AtCPL5(Arabidopsis thaliana CTD phosphatase domain protein) consisting of an amino acid sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 2 is over-expressed in a plant such as Arabidopsis thaliana to prepare a transgenic plant having resistance against environmental stress.

Abstract translation: 提供一种制备转基因植物的方法，以获得具有抗ABA或NaCl抗性的AtCPL5（拟南芥CTD磷酸酶结构域蛋白）转基因植物和通过过表达AtCPL5基因在植物中的干旱胁迫。 编码由SEQ ID NO：1所示的氨基酸序列组成的AtCPL5（拟南芥CTD磷酸酶结构域蛋白）的基因。 2在拟南芥等植物中过表达，以制备具有抗环境胁迫性的转基因植物。
