Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are an azo-based alkali-clearable disperse dye having a phthalimide structure, which has clearing ability under a weak alkali condition after dyeing polyester fiber material, and a method for dyeing the polyester fiber material by using the azo-based alkali-clearable dispersing dye. CONSTITUTION: The azo-based alkali-clearable disperse dye having the phthalimide structure is an azobenzene-based monoazo compound(formula I) and is produced by coupling-reacting a diazonium salt(formula II) of an aromatic amine compound with an aromatic aniline compound(formula III) as a coupling component. And the method for dyeing the polyester fiber material uses the azo-based alkali-clearable disperse dye(formula I) and contains an alkali clearing process using a weak alkali solution instead of a reduction clearing process using a strong alkali and a reducing agent, wherein pH of the weak alkali is 11-12. In the formula, X is hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl, Y1 and Y2 are hydrogen, methyl, methoxy, or acetylamino, and R1 and R2 are substituted or unsubstituted alkyl.

A dye for PDP filters capable of absorbing neon lights and near infrared rays at the same time is provided, wherein a nucleophile-fixed neon-cut dye and a near infrared absorbing dye having at least one halogen substituent are covalently bonded to each other. A dye for PDP filters capable of absorbing neon lights and near infrared rays at the same time is prepared by covalently bonding (1) a neon-cut dye represented by the following formula 1 and (2) at least one near infrared absorbing dye to each other via a S_N 2 reaction using a (CH2)n-NH2 group of the neon-cut dye as a nucleophile. The at least one near infrared absorbing dye is selected from the group consisting of dithiol metal complex-based derivatives represented by the following formula 2, diimmonium-based derivatives represented by the following formula 3, and phenylenediamine metal complex-based derivatives represented by the following formula 4, which have at least one halogen substituent.

본 발명은 화학 구조상 디아조 성분쪽에 프탈이미드 구조를 가지고 있어 폴리에스테르 섬유재료의 염색 후 약한 알칼리 조건에서 세정성을 가지는 알칼리 세정성 아조계 분산염료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아조계 알칼리 세정성 분산염료는 하기의 구조식(I)을 갖는 아조 벤젠계 모노아조 화합물인 것을 특징으로 한다. (I) 상기 식에서 X는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸기, Y 1 및 Y 2 는 수소, 메틸, 메톡시 또는 아세틸아미노기이며, R 1 및 R 2 는 각각 치환되지 않았거나 치환된 알킬기이다. 본 발명의 분산염료를 사용하면 환원세정 공정을 알칼리 세정공정으로 대체할 수 있어서 환원세정액의 사용으로 야기되었던 염색 폐수중의 높은 pH와 BOD 문제를 완화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 폴리에스테르/면 혼방 섬유 재료의 염색에 있어서도 효율적이고 경제적인 1욕 염색방법이 가능하게 된다. 분산염료, 프탈이미드기, 염색, 일욕법, 아조계
