서열번호 3 으로 기재되는 올리고 펩타이드 및 상기 올리고펩타이드를 이용하여 연골세포에 특이적으로 부착시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 연골세포에 특이적으로 부착하는 펩타이드는 생체적합성 연골세포를 선택적으로 분리하거나 또는 연골세포와 생체분자간의 연결물질(linker)로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Oligopeptides specifically binding to chondrocyte are provided. The oligopeptides selectively separate biocompatible chondrocyte or are useful as linker between chondrocyte and biomolecules. CONSTITUTION: An oligopeptides specifically binding to chondrocyte has one amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 3; the oligopeptide is randomly selected by the screening method using peptide library. The polymers used in tissue technology are specifically bound to chondrocyte using the oligopeptides.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供特异性结合软骨细胞的寡肽。 寡肽选择性分离生物相容性软骨细胞，或用作软骨细胞和生物分子之间的接头。 构成：与软骨细胞特异性结合的寡肽具有SEQ ID NO：1，SEQ ID NO：2或SEQ ID NO：3的一个氨基酸序列; 通过使用肽文库的筛选方法随机选择寡肽。 组织技术中使用的聚合物使用寡肽特异性结合软骨细胞。
