Abstract:
본 발명은 하수처리장으로부터 하수처리수를 집수하는 공정; 집수된 하수처리수를 여과하는 공정; 여과수를 자외선으로 소독하는 공정; 소독된 하수처리수를 저류지에 저장하는 공정; 및 저장된 하수처리수를 농업용수로 공급하는 공정으로 이루어지며, 상기 여과 공정이 완속모래 여과장치를 이용하여 수행되고, 상기 소독 공정이 내부에 자외선 램프가 장착된 지외선 소독 시설에 의해 수행되며, 상기 저류 공정은 인공습지와 저류조에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 하수처리수를 재처리하여 농업용수로 이용하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 하수처리수를 농업용수로 재이용하는 방법은 간단하면서도 저렴한 비용으로 하수의 탁도를 현저히 낮게 하며 살균효과를 증대시키고, 소독제가 잔류하지 않으며, 더욱이 본 시스템은 저류를 이용함으로, 종래의 일반적인 하수처리장과는 달리 토양 식물, 미생물과 같은 자연요소들의 자정능력을 이용하는 자연정화방법으로 하수를 처리함과 동시에 우수한 처리수의 저장 효과도 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 저류에 의한 하수처리는 구조가 간단하고 완충능력이 크며 슬러지 발생이 작아 관리 유지비가 저렴하고, 높은 미생물 소독효율을 나타내어 보건 위생상의 문제를 크게 줄일 수 있어 하수처리수를 농업용수로 안전하게 재이용할 수 있는 유용한 발명이다. 하수처리, 농업용수, 재이용, 완속모래여과.
Abstract:
A system for reusing treated wastewater as agricultural water, which can inexpensively treat wastewater to a proper water quality level capable of being used as agricultural water, and a method for using the treated wastewater as agricultural water after treating wastewater using such a system are provided. In the system for reusing treated wastewater as agricultural water by allowing a filtering equipment to filter wastewater supplied from a wastewater treatment plant in which ordinary wastewater is collected, disinfecting microorganisms contained in the filtered water by ultraviolet disinfection, storing the disinfected water in a detention pond, and supplying the stored water as agricultural water as occasion demands, the system is characterized in that the filtering process is performed by filtering wastewater using a slow sand filtration equipment, the disinfection process is conducted by a UV(ultraviolet) disinfecting facility in which UV lamps are mounted, and the water storing process is performed by a constructed wetland and a detention tank.
Abstract:
A water reusing system is provided to secure industrial water stably at a low cost by filtering and disinfecting treated wastewater and diluting the treated wastewater, thereby lowering electrical conductivity of the treated wastewater, and improve convenience of users by automatically monitoring and controlling quality of diluted water to obtain a target water quality value, and a water reusing method applied to the water reusing system is provided. A water reusing system(100) comprises: an inflow equipment(10) into which water flows; a filtering equipment(20) for filtering the water that has been flown into the inflow equipment; and a dilution equipment(30) for diluting the filtered water by inducing collision between particles of the water and diluted water when filtered water has a preset electrical conductivity value or more. The filtering equipment includes at least one of a filter device for filtering the water that has been flown into the inflow equipment, and a disinfection device for disinfecting the water that has been flown into the inflow equipment. The water reusing system further comprises a supply equipment for supplying the diluted water to the outside by pressurizing a pump, a flow control equipment for controlling the flow rate of the water, and a water quality control equipment for controlling quality of the water.
