Abstract:
A method for controlling the porous structure and the tissue engineering nanofiber supporter manufactured by using the same are provided, which enables the porosity which is similar to the extracellular matrix of the nature. A method for controlling the porous structure of the tissue engineering nanofiber supporter comprises: a step(S100) for preparing a mixture including the particle for the void formation and the nanofiber spreader solution; a step(S110) for preparing the nanofiber foam including the particle for the void formation using the prepared mixture; and a step(S120) for forming the nanofiber supporter in which the air gap is formed by removing the particle for the void formation of the nanofiber form.
