Abstract: A system for specifying a position of underwater equipment and a position specifying method performed in the system are provided to more precisely specify a position of the underwater equipment by using a band diffusion method. A system for specifying a position of underwater equipment includes a signal transmitting device(106), a signal receiving device, and a host computer(108). The signal transmitting device is installed at the underwater equipment to transmit a signal. The signal receiving device is mounted on at least three position reference units to receive the signal transmitted from the signal transmitting device. The host computer measures a time when the signal arrives at the signal receiving device to calculate a distance between the signal transmitting device and the signal receiving device.

Abstract: A method and a system for specifying the position of PRU(position reference unit) is provided to precisely specify position information of the position reference unit under a water level. The position of an antenna is measured, and the position of a signal transceiver is specified by using distance information between the antenna and the signal transceiver and posture information of a buoy(102). The distance between the signal transceiver and a signal receiving member is measured. The specifying step and the measuring step are repeated while the buoy is moved to at least three points. The position of a PRU(104) is trigonometrically measured based on the position information and the distance information. An error of the measured PRU position is eliminated.

Abstract: A method of forming a micro-pattern is provided to reduce a processing pressure and to form a film type mold by performing a thin film transfer technique using an improved rigiflex mold. A micro-pattern material(408a) is formed on a pattern surface of a rigiflex mold(406), wherein the rigiflex mold has a predetermined young's modulus of 20 to 400 MPa. A pattern surface of the rigiflex mold is aligned at a target position of a substrate(402), where a micro-pattern will be formed. The rigiflex mold is pressurized to the substrate under predetermined pressure and temperature conditions. The micro-pattern material is selectively left on the substrate by separating the rigiflex mold therefrom.

Abstract: 본 발명은 수중장비의 위치를 특정하기 위한 LBL(Long Base Line) 시스템 및 이 시스템에서 수행되는 위치특정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 LBL 시스템은, 3개 이상의 부이와 유선으로 동기되어 수면하에 배치된 3개 이상의 PRU(위치기준점, Position Reference Unit)를 이용하여 수중장비의 위치를 특정하기 위해, 수중장비에 장착되고, 신호를 송신하는 신호 송신수단과, 3개 이상의 PRU에 각각 장착되고, 신호 송신수단으로부터 송신된 신호를 수신하는 신호 수신수단 및, 신호 송신수단으로부터 방사된 신호가 신호 수신수단에 도달된 시간을 측정하여 신호 송신수단과 신호 수신수단간의 거리를 계측하고, 계측된 거리정보를 기초로 삼각측량함으로써 수중장비의 위치를 특정하기 위한 호스트 컴퓨터를 구비한다.
