    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a titania nano-particle supported membrane, which is performed with ease and produces the titania nano-particle supported membrane having a high uniformity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a titania nano-particle supported membrane comprises the steps of: reacting glass (substrate) with piranha solution to substitute the silane bonds on the glass surface with hydroxyl groups; reacting the hydroxyl groups with silane compounds to bond the silane compounds to the hydroxyl groups on the glass surface; and reacting with a titania sol solution under an ultrasonic wave irradiation to deposit titania particles to the surface. More particularly, the titania sol solution is obtained by the reaction of HCl/ethanol solution with titanium tetrapropoxide/ethanol solution under ultrasonic wave irradiation.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种制备二氧化钛纳米颗粒负载膜的方法,其易于进行,并以低成本生产具有高均匀性的二氧化钛纳米颗粒负载膜。 构成:制备二氧化钛纳米颗粒负载膜的方法包括以下步骤:使玻璃(底物)与比拉鱼溶液反应以用羟基取代玻璃表面上的硅烷键; 使羟基与硅烷化合物反应,将硅烷化合物与玻璃表面上的羟基键合; 并在超声波照射下与二氧化钛溶胶溶液反应以将二氧化钛颗粒沉积到表面。 更具体地说,二氧化钛溶胶溶液是通过HCl /乙醇溶液与四氧化四钯/乙醇溶液在超声波照射下的反应获得的。
