Abstract: 본 발명은 네오스포라 캐니늄 감염증 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 고삼 또는 사상자 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 N. 캐니늄 감염증을 예방 또는 치료하는데 매우 유용하다. 구체적으로 본 발명의 약학적 조성물은 마우스에서 N. 캐니늄 감염을 방어할 수 있으며 임신 염소에 있어서는 유산 발생율을 경감시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition including extracts from T. Japonica and S. Flavescens is provided to improve a survival rate of mammals which are infected with neospora caninum and reduce an abortion rate. A pharmaceutical composition comprises low alcohol extracts and fractions from T. Japonica and S. Flavescens. The low alcohol is selected from the group consisting of straight-chain or branched methanol, ethanol, and butanol. The fractions from the T. Japonica and S. Flavescens are obtained by separating the low alcohol extracts through a HPLC(High-Perfomance Liquid Chromatography). The HPLC fraction is TJ2 fraction of the alcohol extract from the T. Japonica or SF1 fraction of the alcohol extract from the S. Flavescens.
