Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for detection and identification of Helicobacter pylori is provided, thereby the presence and species of Helicobacter pylori can be easily determined by using PCR(polymerase chain reaction). CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide primer for PCR is used for amplifying the rifampicin-resistance related sites of RNA polymerase β-subunit coding gene(rpoB) from species of genus Helicobacter, wherein the oligonucleotide primer contains at least one nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. The method for detection and identification of Helicobacter pylori comprises PCR amplifying the cultured cell or stomach biopsy tissue using the oligonucleotide primer of SEQ ID NOs 1 or 2; digesting the PCR product with a restriction enzyme Tru9I or BasFI; and determining the size of digested gene fragments.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供幽门螺杆菌的检测和鉴定方法，通过PCR（聚合酶链式反应）可以容易地确定幽门螺杆菌的存在和种类。 构成：用于PCR的寡核苷酸引物用于从螺杆菌属的物种扩增RNA聚合酶β-亚基编码基因（rpoB）的利福平抗性相关位点，其中寡核苷酸引物含有至少一个SEQ ID NO：1的核苷酸序列 幽门螺杆菌的检测和鉴定方法包括使用SEQ ID NO：1或2的寡核苷酸引物对培养的细胞或胃活检组织进行PCR扩增; 用限制酶Tru9I或BasFI消化PCR产物; 并确定消化的基因片段的大小。
