Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for detecting and quantifying outward quality factors of fruits are provided to judge a degree at a stop state or a transfer state of fruits in real time, by quantifying a discrimination process according to outward quality factors of the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor portion(10) is provided at a frame portion(20), and a photo sensor is provided so as to sense a fruit transferred by the conveyor portion(10). The first to third image capture portions(31, 33, 35) are configured so as to capture images associated with color, defect and shape of a fruit selected according to a sense signal of the photo sensor. An image capture means comprises the first image capture portion(31) which captures an upper image of the selected fruit and the second and third image capture portions(33, 35) which capture left and right images of the selected fruit. A computer is electrically connected with the conveyor portion, the photo sensor, and the image capture means and comprises a program for judging the degree of the selected fruit. The computer(COM) deciphers a transferred multiple image to judge the degree of the selected fruit, and has a monitor(90) for displaying the transferred multiple image and judged degree values.
