    Abstract: A chemokine receptor 7 is provided to prevent or treat diseases related to immune-adjustment by suppressing or exasperating an immune reaction by adjusting antigen presentation process by an antigen presenting cell by delivering immune controlling factor to a lymph gland and a lymphatic vessel. An expression vector comprises a chemokine receptor 7 gene. The chemokine receptor 7 gene is indicated as a sequence number 1. A cell which is an immunomodulating cell is transformed to the expression vector. The immunomodulating cell is selected from Sertoli cell, mesenchimal stem cell, NK-T cell, ovarian granulosa cell, trophoblast, embryonic stem cell, placenta-derived multipotent stem cell, amniotic epithelial stem cell and cord blood derived stem cell.
