    Abstract: A prepreg structure for shielding an electromagnetic wave and an antenna using the same are provided to obtain high rigidity and a strength characteristic by improving electromagnetic wave absorption performance in a microwave band. A magnetic material like Ni-Zn-Ferrite particle is added to the thermosetting resin like the epoxy. The Ni-Zn-Ferrite particle is uniformly dispersed to the thermosetting resin through the agitation process(S11). The prepared glass fiber is impregnated to the thermosetting resin mixture(S13). The resin component is solidified by heating the glass fiber impregnated to the thermosetting resin mixture at 120 degrees centigrade in an oven for one minute(S15). The prepreg is prepared through the above process. One prepared prepreg or more are stacked(S17). A vacuum process for the stacked prepreg is performed by using a vacuum pump for removing a bubble excessively generated inside(S19). The vacuum processed prepreg is hardened in the oven(S21).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A soundproofing composite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure excellent RIGIDITY by use of ABS resin and excellent soundproofing property by preparing a composite through the dispersion of carbon black to the ABS resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a soundproofing composite comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by dissolving ABS resin and carbon black in a solvent; and evaporating the solvent from a mixture. The carbon black occupies 1 ~ 15 volume % in the total volume of ABS and carbon black in the process of manufacturing a mixture. The weight ratio of ABS and solvent is 1:3 ~ 1:5. The process of manufacturing a mixture uses acetone as a solvent.
