Abstract: A natural urease inhibitor is provided to inhibit activity of urease of Helicobacter pylori without side effects, thereby inhibiting colony formation of Helicobacter pylori. A method for inhibiting ammonia formation is also provided to inhibit ammonia formation from the excretions of domestic animals by using the urease inhibitor. A natural inhibitor of Helicobacter pylori urease contains 0.1-5.0 mM of glutathione. A health food for inhibiting Helicobacter pylori urease contains glutathione. The ammonia formation from the excretions of domestic animals is inhibited by spraying the urease inhibitor containing glutathione to the domestic animal excretions.

Abstract translation: 提供天然脲酶抑制剂以抑制幽门螺旋杆菌脲酶的活性而没有副作用，从而抑制幽门螺杆菌的集落形成。 还提供了抑制氨形成的方法，以通过使用脲酶抑制剂从家畜排泄物中抑制氨的形成。 幽门螺旋杆菌脲酶的天然抑制剂含有0.1-5.0mM的谷胱甘肽。 用于抑制幽门螺杆菌脲酶的保健食品含有谷胱甘肽。 通过将含有脲酶抑制剂的谷胱甘肽喷洒到家畜排泄物中，可以抑制来自家畜排泄物的氨形成。
