Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon nano particle having novel structure and properties is provided which is expected to take an active part in almost all industrial fields by showing noble magnetic characteristics and retaining electric field emission characteristics being equal to those of carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: The carbon nano particle comprises a plural layers in which plane(10) and curved surface(20) graphitization lamella structures are connected to each other with the center(30) inside the plural layers being empty, wherein the shape of the carbon nano particle is near to spherical shape, wherein an average particle diameter of the carbon nano particle is 100 nm or less, wherein the carbon nano particle shows magnetization pumping phenomena in which paramagnetism is gradually increased according to repetition of heating and cooling of the carbon nano particle in the temperature range of 50 to 150 deg.K, and wherein the carbon nano particle shows (002),(100) and(101) peaks in X ray diffraction analyzing data, and the (002) peak is formed in a horizontal asymmetric shape.

Abstract: 본 발명은 신규한 구조를 갖는 탄소 미세 입자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 탄소 미세 입자는 평면 및 곡면 흑연화 층상 구조(graphene sheet)가 연결된 복수개의 층으로 이루어져 있으며 구형에 가깝고 속이 비어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 신규한 구조를 갖는 본 발명에 의한 탄소 미세 입자는 탄소 나노튜브에 필적하는 전계 방출특성까지 보유하여 앞으로 항공우주, 생명공학, 환경에너지, 재료산업, 의약의료, 전자컴퓨터 등 거의 모든 분야에서의 활약이 기대된다.
