Abstract: A DNA-pyrene complex is provided to improve the detection ability based on the fluorescence alteration through the new protocol for making the fluorescent DNA nanostructure, and supply the research basis on the DNA sensor, biocompatible fluorescence probe or label and opticoelectronic material by using the new DNA-pyrene composite. The DNA-pyrene composite has the structure of the oligodeoxynucleotide-pyrene-oligodeoxynucleotide(OPO), wherein the oligodeoxynucleotide has the nucleotide sequence complementary with the 5' to 3' DNA half fragment or 3' to 5' DNA half fragment of target oligodeoxynucleotide. The fluorescent DNA nanostructure is produced by hybridizing the DNA-pyrene composite with the corresponding target oligodeoxynucleotide, and has the core-shell structure including the pyrene core and DNA surrounding the core.
