    Abstract: PURPOSE: A strain-hardening process of a linear polymer is provided to impart deformation curing ability that viscosity dramatically increases drawing function to a chain polymer, to enable uniform thickness modification of the polymer, and to prevent explosion phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A strain-hardening process of a linear polymer comprises the steps of: mixing a linear polymer 100.0 parts by weight, surface-treated microparticles 0.1-30 parts by weight prepared by mixing a silane coupling agent or amino acid, and a compatibilizer 0.1-50 parts by weight; and mixing the mixture at a melting point of the linear polymer to a melting point + 150 °C for 10 seconds - 30 minutes.
