Abstract: A B cell-based vaccine loaded with a ligand of natural killer T cell and an antigen is provided to improve easiness of collection, induce cytotoxic T lymphocyte reaction in a similar level to the dendritic cell vaccine, and prevent and treat subcutaneous cancer and metastatic cancer. A B cell-based vaccine contains a B cell loaded with a ligand of natural killer T cell, a B cell loaded with the ligand and an antigen, or a B cell loaded with the ligand and expressing the antigen, wherein the ligand of natural killer T cell is selected from alpha-galactosyl ceramide, alpha-glucuronosyl ceramide, phosphatidylinositol tetramannoside, isoglobotrihexosyl ceramide, ganglioside GD3, phosphatidyl choline, beta-galactosyl ceramide, lipophosphoglycan, glycoinositol phospholipid, alpha-galactosyl ceramide derivatives including beta-anomer galactosyl ceramide and alpha-anomer galactosyl ceramide, bacteria lipid antigen and alpha galactosyl ceramide mutant; and the antigen is derived from pathogenic bacteria, virus and parasite-containing pathogen.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자연 살해 T 세포의 리간드와 항원을 적재한 B 세포를 포함하는 면역 예방 및 치료용 백신에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 자연살해 T 세포 리간드이자 당지질의 일종인 알파-갈락토실세라마이드를 매개로 한 B 세포를 포함하는 면역 예방 및 치료용 백신에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 B 세포가 수지상 세포에 비해 수득이 용이하며 기존의 수지상 세포백신과 비교하여 유사한 수준의 세포독성 T 림프구 반응을 유도할 뿐 아니라 피하암 및 전이암의 예방 및 치료 효과가 있으므로 항암 면역 치료제로 이용될 수 있다.
