Abstract: A SNP marker for discriminating commercial F1 pepper is provided to discriminate the species without PCR amplification. A marker for discriminating commercial pepper comprises at least one sequence selected among markers for discriminating species. A method for discriminating pepper comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA of pepper; a step of amplifying specific site using the marker for discriminating pepper species; and a step of performing electrophoresis with the specific gene and discriminating the species.

Abstract translation: 提供用于区分商业F1辣椒的SNP标记以区分不扩增PCR的物种。 用于鉴别商业胡椒的标记物包括从用于鉴别物种的标记中选出的至少一个序列。 一种鉴别胡椒的方法包括：分离胡椒基因组DNA的步骤; 使用用于鉴别胡椒品种的标记物扩增特异性位点的步骤; 以及用该特定基因进行电泳并区分该物种的步骤。

Abstract: 본 발명은 국내외산 고추의 품종별 구분이 가능한 품종 식별 마커, 이를 이용한 품종 식별 분석 방법, 및 상기 마커를 포함하는 고추 품종 식별을 위한 키트에 관한 것으로, 품종 식별 마커를 이용하여 국내산 주요 재배 F1 시판품종 76개와 착색단고추 24개 품종을 식별할 수 있다.
