    Abstract: A triangle system for analyzing biotin-avidin is provided to effectively use for labeling bio material with high sensitivity to a transition metal probe. A triangle system for biotin-avidin analysis comprises an energy receptor, energy donor, and biotin. The system rapidly increases the light emitting intensity based on the intramolecular energy transfer between the donor and receptor. The addition of probe 1 or 2 in a mixture of HABA (1 Mm) and avidin (1.66 uM) causes absorption reduction at 500 nm. A method for amplifying signal passes through intramolecular energy transfer using trigonometry neutral iridium complex which binds to the avidin.

    Abstract: Organic metal compounds, organic electroluminescence display devices by using the same compounds and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve luminescence property and solubility by increasing their molecular weight through connection of a host compound and a dopant compound, so that luminescence efficiency, brilliance, color purity and life-time properties of the organic electroluminescence display device are improved.
