Abstract: An adaptive image restoration method using a noise characteristic and location space restriction information for restricting a region of a restoration image according to local information is provided to improve SNR by adoptively controlling mitigation degrees predicted from predicted attachment noise. Previous image information is obtained(S100). The local void condition information which has the different window size by using the obtained video information is confirmed(S110). The parameter of a pixel is determined(S120). The parameter which controls the image by using the noise figure of being predicted is determined(S130). By taking advantage of parameter and the part average controlling parameter for determining the parameter of the pixel, a projection operator is calculated(S140). By using the calculated projection operator, solution is calculated(S150). The condition for completing the repetition solution is inspected by using the calculated value(S160).
