Abstract: 본 발명은 수증기는 투과시키고, 물방울은 투과시키지 않는 투습방수직물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 투습방수직물은 온도 상승에 따라 투습방수특성을 갖는 섬유로 제직된 의류용 투습방수직물로서. 2작용성 이소시아네이트, 2작용성 폴리올 및 활성수소기를 함유한 2작용성 사슬연장제로 중합된 폴리우레탄 섬유로 제직되고, 상기 폴리우레탄 섬유의 소프트 세그먼트의 융점(Tm)이 15 내지 40℃인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 투습방수직물의 투습방수특성은 온도 상승시 고분자의 프리 볼륨(free volume)이 증가하여 투습방수특성이 자체적으로 발현되는 섬유에 의해 구현된다. 이에 따라, 본 발명의 투습방수직물은 초극세사를 이용하여 제직하거나 직물 표면에 다공성 막을 형성하지 않고도 투습방수특성을 나타낸다. 또한, 저온에서의 방풍 및 보온효과가 우수하며, 더위를 느낄 수 있는 고온에서는 방수성을 유지하면서도 땀과 열이 용이하게 방출된다.

Abstract: Waterproof and breathable fabric manufactured by fiber having waterproof and breathable properties is provided to offer superior warm-keeping effect by using the fabric of which waterproof is implemented by itself. Waterproof and breathable fabric manufactured by fiber having waterproof and breathable properties according to temperature rise transmits steam and does not transmit water drop. The fabric is woven with polyurethane fabric polymerized to a chain extender containing 2 workability isocyanate, 2 workability polyol and an active hydrogen group. Tm of soft segment of the polyurethane fabric is 15 - 40°C. The 2 workability isocyanate is 4 - methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, the 2 workability polyol is carprolactone diol. The 2 workability chain extender containing the active hydrogen group is 1, 4 - butanediol.
