Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a composite board of agricultural waste material-wooden particle, by which it is possible to provide a sound-absorption material for interior of a construction with excellent properties. CONSTITUTION: The composite board is made of agricultural waste material containing lignocellulose and wooden particles. The agricultural waste material and the wooden particles are bonded to each other by a binder. The agricultural waste material containing lignocellulose includes rice straw, wheat straw, maize straw, barley straw and a mixture thereof. The composite board is made by placing pulverized agricultural waste material containing lignocellulose and wooden particles with an adhesive in a mold, cold compressing the content inside the mold to form a mat, placing the mat between two cauls and hot pressing the mat.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a waste paper composite board which is environment-friendly used for various purposes, particularly as building materials and automobile supplies. CONSTITUTION: The waste paper composite board comprises waste paper powder bound by a binder. The waste paper is obtained from waste newspaper, waste corrugated paper, and waste pulp from papering waste solution. The composite board further comprises adhesives, hardening agent and flame retardant additives. A method of manufacturing the waste paper composite board comprises the steps of: putting a mixture of waste paper powder and adhesive into a mold, and cold compressing it to make a mat; placing the mat between two cowls while mounting stoppers at both sides of the mat; and hot compressing it using a hot plate.
