Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium material composition for cultivating mushroom using actinidia chinensis, and a mushroom cultivation method using thereof are provided to use fermented fruits for cultivating the mushroom. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivation method using a medium material composition comprises the following steps: supplying water to the medium material composition to obtain a medium composition having the water content of 40-70wt%; sterilizing the medium sterilizing the medium composition at 100-130 deg C for 60-150 minutes, and cooling; injecting pleurotus ostreatus spawns into the medium composition, and cultivating at 20-25 deg C; and inducing the generation of fruit bodies from the spawns for growing the mushrooms.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用猕猴桃培养蘑菇的中等材料组合物和使用其的蘑菇培养方法，以使用发酵水果来培育蘑菇。 构成：使用中等材料成分的蘑菇培养方法包括以下步骤：向中等材料组合物供水以获得含水量为40-70重量％的培养基组合物; 对培养基组合物在100-130℃下灭菌60-150分钟，冷却灭菌; 将培养液注入培养基组成，并在20-25℃培养; 并诱导从产卵中生长果实以种植蘑菇。
