Abstract:
PURPOSE: A soil composition for cultivating Artemisia fukudo, and an artificial cultivation method of the Artemisia fukudo using thereof are provided to grow Artemisia fukudo seeds in the soil composition containing sand, perlite, or peat moss. CONSTITUTION: A soil composition for cultivating Artemisia fukudo contains sand, and perlite or peat moss. 50-200 parts of peat moss by weight are mixed with 100 parts of sand by weight. The soil composition additionally includes more than one component selected from an organic medium, a water-soluble aggregation promoter, a soil moisturizing agent, a plant physiologically active substance, or fertilizer. An artificial cultivation method of the Artemisia fukudo using the soil composition comprises the following steps: sowing Artemisia fukudo seeds to the composition; and irrigating water for promoting the growth of the seeds.

본 발명은 감자난초 및 두잎감자난초의 감별 방법 및 그 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 감자난초 및 두잎감자난초의 감별 방법 및 그 키트는 두잎감자난초의 ITS 서열에 존재하는 Nae I 제한효소 인식 부위와 이에 대한 감자난초의 대립 서열을 이용하거나 감자난초와 두잎감자난초의 ITS 서열의 SNP 마커를 이용함을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A method and a kit for discriminating Oreorchis patens and Oreorchis coreana Finet are provided to easily discriminate the Oreorchis patens and the Oreorchis coreana Finet by using a direct sequencing method, an SNP-genotyping method, and an RFLP(Restriction fragment length polymorphism) method. CONSTITUTION: A method for discriminating Oreorchis patens and Oreorchis coreana Finet comprises: a step of preparing biological samples from the Oreorchis patens and the Oreorchis coreana Finet; a step of isolating genome DNA from the biological samples; a step of amplifying a DNA sequence containing a GCCGGC sequence, which is a recognition site of a Nael restriction enzyme in an ITS sequence of the Oreorchis coreana Finet; a step of amplifying a DNA sequence containing a GCNGGC sequence, which is an alternative sequence of the Oreorchis patens; and a step of treating the amplified product with NaeI.

본 발명은 큰비쑥의 재배용 토양 조성물 및 이를 이용한 큰비쑥의 인공 재배 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 큰비쑥의 재배용 토양 조성물은 모래, 펄라이트(Perlite) 및/또는 피트모스를 포함하여 구성되며, 이를 큰비쑥의 인공 재배 방법은 상기 조성물에 큰비쑥 종자를 파종하고 물을 관수하는 단계 및 성장을 유도하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
