Abstract: Disclosed are a viscoelasticity decreasing device preventing the fatigue failure of a pipeline transporting seabed resources and a seabed resource collecting system with the same. The disclosed viscoelasticity decreasing device includes a fixed frame fixated to the seabed; a movable frame fixated to a submarine pipeline where a vibration load is generated on the body; and a viscoelasticity body connecting the fixed frame and the movable frame, supported by the fixed frame, and decreasing an amplitude of the submarine pipeline by absorbing the vibration load of the submarine pipeline transmitted from the movable frame. Additionally, the disclosed seabed resource collecting system includes a marine structure floating on the sea; the submarine pipeline connected between the marine structure and a submarine oil well and providing a transporting passage through which resources buried in the submarine oil well are transported to the marine structure; and the viscoelasticity decreasing device connected to the submarine pipeline while being fixated to the seabed decreasing the vibration load generated in the submarine pipeline. According to the viscoelasticity decreasing device and the seabed resource collecting system, an effect of improving the fatigue performance of the submarine pipeline can be obtained as the amplitude of the submarine pipeline is decreased by absorbing the vibrational energy of a weak part of the submarine pipeline against fatigue failure.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a production pipeline having a pipe-in-pipe (PIP) structure, which can secure pressure resistance performance against external pressure in an erection step and secure insulation performance against water temperature in an operation step. The disclosed production pipeline provides a flow path of submarine resources by connecting a submarine oil well with an offshore oil rig or a land oil rig, by comprising: an outer pipe; an inner pipe which is placed inside the outer pipe and forms a space where submarine resources flow; and a porous channel unit which is placed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe by having a structure wherein gas charge is possible in order to form a gap between the outer pipe and the inner pipe into a gas charging state and a vacuum state. The disclosed production pipeline can secure the intensity of the outer pipe which resists erection load and water pressure by charging gas in the porous channel unit in an erection step, and can secure insulation performance between the outer pipe and the inner pipe by forming the porous channel unit into a vacuum state in an operation step, thereby preventing oil and gas mixtures flowing in the inner pipe from being cooled by the temperature of cold water.
