Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 역삼투를 이용한 폐수 재이용 방법은 1차 역삼투 단계, 2차 역삼투 단계, 기포 발생 단계, 역삼투막 세정 단계를 통해 순수를 제조하는 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 여러 단계의 역삼투 공정에 의해 순수를 제조함으로써, 제조된 순수를 곧바로 공업용수로 사용할 수 있으며, 기포에 의해 역삼투막을 세정함으로써, 세정 효율이 향상되고, 폐수 재이용 장치의 운영비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
