Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite for intracellular gene delivery is provided to safely and efficiently deliver a gene to tumor cells and to treat tumor-associated diseases or disorders by binding various genes with anticancer effects. CONSTITUTION: A composite for intracellular gene delivery contains: polyethylene imine which is activated by being conjugated with succinimidyl 4-(N-maleimido-methyl)cyclohexane-1-carboxylate (SMCC); cell penetrating peptides; and tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine (TCEP). An anti-tumor composition contains the composite and nucleic acids. The nucleic acids are selected among gDNA, cDNA, pDNA, mRNA, tRNA, rRNA, siRNA, miRNA, and antisense nucleotides.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于细胞内基因递送的复合物，以安全有效地将基因递送到肿瘤细胞，并通过结合具有抗癌作用的各种基因来治疗肿瘤相关疾病或病症。 构成：用于细胞内基因递送的复合物包含：通过与4-（N-马来酰亚氨基 - 甲基）环己烷-1-羧酸琥珀酰亚胺酯（SMCC）缀合而活化的聚乙烯亚胺; 细胞穿透肽 和三（2-羧乙基）膦（TCEP）。 抗肿瘤组合物含有复合物和核酸。 核酸选自gDNA，cDNA，pDNA，mRNA，tRNA，rRNA，siRNA，miRNA和反义核苷酸。
