    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite for intracellular gene delivery is provided to safely and efficiently deliver a gene to tumor cells and to treat tumor-associated diseases or disorders by binding various genes with anticancer effects. CONSTITUTION: A composite for intracellular gene delivery contains: polyethylene imine which is activated by being conjugated with succinimidyl 4-(N-maleimido-methyl)cyclohexane-1-carboxylate (SMCC); cell penetrating peptides; and tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine (TCEP). An anti-tumor composition contains the composite and nucleic acids. The nucleic acids are selected among gDNA, cDNA, pDNA, mRNA, tRNA, rRNA, siRNA, miRNA, and antisense nucleotides.
