Abstract: A system and a method for reusing product design information by using a 2D(Dimensional) image of a product are provided to recognize the 2D image of the product in a part unit, and use a small storage space and offer a search request quickly by storing image information in a 2D mode. An image receiving module(100) receives a 2D image. An image dividing module(200) divides the 2D image and extracts an image of parts by merging the divided images. An ARG(Attributed Rational Graph) generating module(300) generates an ARG by using information for the part images and matches the ARG with product design information. A storing module(400) stores the 2D image, the divided part image, and the ARG. An image searching module(500) searches similar images by calculating similarity between the generated ARG and the stored ARG of the images dividing the 2D image of the desired product, and detects a solution for misconnection of the part image or incorrect part information. A display module(600) outputs a result searched by comparison of the image searching module.

Abstract: 본 발명은 제품의 2차원 영상을 이용한 제품 설계 정보 재사용 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 2차원 영상을 수신받는 수신 모듈; 2차원 영상을 분할하고, 분할된 각각의 영상을 병합하여 부품 영상으로 추출하는 영상 분할 모듈; 영상 분할 모듈에서 분할한 부품 영상에 대한 정보를 이용하여 속성 관계 그래프를 생성하고 제품 설계 정보를 매칭하는 속성 관계 그래프 생성 모듈; 2차원 영상, 분할 처리된 부품 영상 및 속성 관계 그래프를 저장하는 저장 모듈; 및 수신 모듈, 영상 분할 모듈, 속성 관계 그래프 생성 모듈 및 저장 모듈을 중앙 제어하는 중앙 제어 모듈; 을 포함한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 2차원 영상 정보를 이용하여 기 설계된 제품의 영상 정보를 검색하여 제품 설계 정보를 재사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 제품의 2차원 영상을 부품 단위로 인식하여 세밀한 검색을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그리고, 3차원 영상에 비해 차지하는 저장 공간이 적고, 처리 과정이 빠른 효과가 있다.
