Abstract: The present invention provides an active catheter characterized by including: a catheter head inserted into the body and having directivity; a wire connected to the catheter head to transfer the control of direction by a controller unit; and the controller unit connected to the wire and disposed outside the body, wherein the controller unit rotates the wire to control the angle of direction of the catheter head inserted into the body. According to the active catheter of the present invention, the angle of direction of the catheter head inserted into the body is easily adjusted by an operation of the controller unit disposed outside the body, thereby easily determining the advancing direction of the catheter, so that the catheter of the present invention can be used easily and allows a precise checkup and treatment due to excellent accuracy and operating capabilities. Furthermore, a low-priced catheter can be provided due to the mechanical mechanisms by a simple structure and thus can be used as a disposable product without burdening the cost, and the use of the disposable product can provide a patient with a level of improved hygiene, thereby improving the quality of the medical state.

Abstract: 본 발명은 체내에 삽입되어 방향성을 갖는 카테터 헤드; 상기 카테터 헤드에 연결되어 컨트롤러부의 방향 제어를 전달하는 와이어; 및 상기 와이어에 연결되어 체외에 배치되고, 상기 와이어를 회전시켜 상기 체내로 삽입되는 카테터 헤드의 방향각을 제어하는 컨트롤러부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 카테터를 제공한다.
본 발명의 능동형 카테터에 따르면, 체외에 배치되는 컨트롤러부의 조작에 의해 체내로 삽입되는 카테터 헤드의 방향각을 쉽게 조절하여 카테터의 진행방향을 쉽게 결정할 수 있어 사용이 매우 용이하고, 정밀성 및 조작성이 뛰어나 정밀한 검사 및 치료가 이루어지며, 구조가 간단한 기계적 메커니즘으로 인하여 저가형 카테터를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 저가형 카테터를 제공함으로써 가격 부담없이 일회용으로 사용할 수 있게 되고, 일회용의 사용으로 환자에게 향상된 위생수준을 지원할 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 의료의 질적 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
