Abstract: 본 발명은 비교적 균질인 형태의 시료가 움직이고 있을 때, 시료의 무게를 실시간, 비접촉식으로 측정하고자 하는 광센서를 이용한 무게 측정 방법에서 측정 오차를 감소시키기 위한 방법이다. 시료의 수분 함량이 낮을 경우 광학적 무게 측정 방법은 전자 자울을 이용하는 방법과 마찬가지로 아주 정밀하고 빠른 측정 결과를 보이지만, 시료의 수분 함량이 높은 경우 시료나 시료의 부산물 등에서 분리되는 이물질이 발광 소자와 수광 소자의 표면이나 이를 보호하는 필름의 표면에 부착되어 정확한 센서의 감지가 어려워진다.
본 발명은 시료로부터 만들어진 이물질이 광센서의 감지에 영향을 미치는 것을 최소화하기 위하여 이물질이 묻은 필름막을 새로운 필름막으로 교체하여 광학적 시료의 무게 측정시 그 오차를 감소시키는 장치에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: An error reduction apparatus and a method thereof during an optical detection using a film are provided to remove cause of a detection error using the film during the optical detection. An error reduction apparatus during an optical detection using a film(7) includes a light emitting diode arrangement(4), a light receiving diode arrangement(6), the film, a film supply(1), a motor(8), and a guide(5). The light emitting diode arrangement and the light receiving diode arrangement perform optical detection for measuring weight of a subject. The film is used to protect the light emitting diode arrangement and the light receiving diode arrangement. The film supply feeds a new film for removing fragments separated from the subject continuously during the optical detection powered by the motor. The guide allows the film supply to feeds the film smoothly.
