    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling movement of growing bacteria through vibration mode shape is provided to have desired arrangement of bacteria cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling bacteria movement comprises: a step of inoculating bacteria in a culture device which can implement vibration mode; a step of leading vibration mode shape inside the culture device by applying a specific frequency; and a step of controlling bacteria movement to arrange bacteria along nodal point or nodal line generated by the vibration mode. A method for producing bacteria cellulose comprises: a step of inoculating Acetobacter xylinum in the culture device containing Ph-regulated culture medium; a step of leading vibration mode shape inside the culture device by applying a specific frequency; a step of culturing bacteria controlling bacteria movement; and a step of obtaining arranged bacteria cellulose.
