본 발명은 수소이온의 농도에 따라 형광특성이 변하는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 2-[2-스티릴-6-아릴피리딘-4(1H)-일리덴]말로노나이트릴 유도체, 이의 제조방법, 이를 인지물질로 포함하는 pH센서용 조성물 및 이를 형광염료로 포함하는 pH센서에 관한 것이다. [화학식 1]
본 발명의 화학식 1의 2-[2-스티릴-6-아릴피리딘-4(1H)-일리덴]말로노나이트릴 유도체는 수소이온 농도를 감지할 수 있는 광학 센서용 조성물, 광학 센서에 이용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A 2-[2-styryl-6-arylpyridine-4(1H)-ylidene]malononitrile derivative is provided to manufacture an optical sensor for measuring pH concentration in natural science and applied science because the intensity of fluorescence changes 30 times at pH 2-7 or pH 8-11. CONSTITUTION: A 2-[2-styryl-6-arylpyridine-4(1H)-ylidene]malononitrile derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative comprises the step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3. A composition for a pH sensor contains the derivative as a fluorescent dye. The fluorescence intensity of the composition changes at pH 2-7 or pH 8-11.

CONSTITUTION: A 4-[1H-indene-2(3H)-ylidene]-2-styryl-1,4-dihydropyridine derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative comprises the step of condensing a benzaldehyde derivative of chemical formula 3 with a 4-[1H-inden-2(3H)-ylidene]-1,4-dihydropyridine compound of chemical formula 2. An optical moisture sensor contains the derivative as a fluorescent dye. A composition for the sensor contains the derivative as a fluorescent dye.
