Abstract: 본 발명은 병풀의 유용물질인 아시아티코사이드가 합성되지 않는 모상근으로부터 그 물질을 생산하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에서 병풀의 잎절편체를 이용하여 고효율의 모상근 유도방법과 유도된 모상근 생장은 다른 기관을 배양하는 것 보다 우수하나 아시아티코사이드가 생합성 되지 않는 단점을 극복하기위해 메틸자스모네이트란 유인제를 처리에 의해 모상근으로부터 아시아티코사이드을 고함량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A method for producing an asiaticoside from a hairy root in which the asisaticoside is not synthesized is provided to easily induce the Centalla asiatica (L.) Urban hairy root using Agrobacterium and produce the high content of asiaticoside treating with methyl jasmonate. A method for inducing a Centella asiatica (L.) Urban hairy root comprises: a step of culturing in 1/2 MS(Murashige and Skoog) solid medium containing antibiotics for seven to fourteen days; and a step of sub-culturing in the 1/2 MS solid medium to induce transformant of the hairy root. A method for producing an aiaticoside from a Centella asiatica (L.) Urban hairy root comprises: a step of inducing to obtain transformed Centella asiatica (L.) Urban hairy root; and a step of treating an attracting agent to increase the content of asiaticoside. The attracting agent is methyl jasmonate, hydroxylehyl jasmonate, yeast extract, chitosan, auxin, or cytokinine.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种从不含合成药物的毛状根生长积雪草苷的方法，以便使用农杆菌容易地诱导积雪草（L.）城市毛状根，并产生用茉莉酮酸甲酯处理高积累的积雪草苷。 诱导积雪草（L.）城市毛状根的方法包括：在含有抗生素的1/2 MS（Murashige和Skoog）固体培养基中培养7至14天的步骤; 以及在1/2 MS固体培养基中进行亚培养以诱导毛根的转化体的步骤。 一种从积雪草（L.）城市毛状根生产积雪草苷的方法，包括：诱导获得转化的积雪草（L.）城市毛根的步骤; 以及处理吸附剂以增加积雪草苷含量的步骤。 吸引剂是茉莉酸甲酯，茉莉酸羟基酯，酵母提取物，壳聚糖，生长素或细胞分裂素。
