Abstract: An oligonucleotide, a microarray for diagnosing the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen, and its a diagnosing method using the microarray are provided to diagnose the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen rapidly and rightly. An oligonucleotide comprises any one base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 1 to 11. A microarray for diagnosing the Marek's disease, leukemia and sarcoma of hen is a microarray where Marek disease virus (MDV) serotype 1-3 and an oligonucleotide is fixed on a support, wherein the oligonucleotide can combine complementarily with the specific gene of hen leukemia/sarcoma virus (ALSV) subgroup A, B, C, D, E and J.

Abstract: 본 발명은 닭의 마렉병(Marek's disease)과 백혈병/육종(Leukosis/Sarcoma)의 감별진단을 위한 탐침(probes), 마이크로어레이(microarrays) 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 닭의 바이러스성 종양 질병의 신속·정확한 진단을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 한번에 마렉병 바이러스(MDV) 혈청형 1~3 및 닭 백혈병/육종 바이러스(ALSV) 서브그룹 A, B, C, D, E 및 J까지 동시에 감별진단할 수 있다.
