Abstract: 본발명은신규한자일리톨탈수소효소및 이를이용한자일리톨생산방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는니코틴아미드아데닌디뉴클레오티드인산(NADP)를보조인자로하는자일리톨탈수소효소, 상기탈수소효소를발현하도록형질전환된 미생물및 이를이용한자일리톨고수율생산방법에관한것이다. 본발명의탈수소효소는미생물의자일로스대사과정에서생산되는 NADP를 NADPH로환원시켜재사용할수 있도록하여추가적인보조기질의첨가나낮은용존산소농도의유지가없어도높은수율로자일리톨을생산할수 있어자일리톨생산에소요되는비용을획기적으로절감할수 있어자일리톨생산에유용하게사용할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel xylitol dehydrogenase and a method for preparing xylitol using the same are provided to reuse NADP+ by reducing to NADPH and to produce xylitol with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A xylitol dehydrogenase is used together with NADP+ having an amino acid of sequence number 1. A polynucleotide encoding the xylitol dehydrogenase has a base sequence of sequence number 2. A vector comprises a promoter and the polynucleotide which is operatively linked with the promoter. A microorganism which expresses the xylitol dehydrogenase is transformed by the vector. The microorganism is Candida tropicalis ARSdR-16(KCTC-11568BP).
Abstract translation: 目的:提供新型木糖醇脱氢酶和使用其制备木糖醇的方法,通过还原NADPH并以高产率生产木糖醇来再利用NADP +。 构成:木糖醇脱氢酶与具有序列号1的氨基酸的NADP +一起使用。编码木糖醇脱氢酶的多核苷酸具有序列号2的碱基序列。载体包含与启动子有效连接的启动子和多核苷酸。 通过载体转化表达木糖醇脱氢酶的微生物。 该微生物是热带念珠菌ARSdR-16(KCTC-11568BP)。
