Abstract: 본 발명은 입사된 빛을 분기하여 제1광섬유로 이루어진 기준 경로에 제1빛과, 제2광섬유로 이루어진 센싱 경로에 제2빛으로 출력하는 제1광커플러와; 상기 센싱경로에 위치되고, 측정용 시료가 놓여지며, 상기 측정용 시료에 의해 상기 제2빛의 굴절률의 변화로 상기 제2빛의 위상이 변화되는 센서부와; 상기 제1빛과 상기 제2빛을 합파하여 상호 간섭된 간섭빛을 출력하는 제2광커플러와; 상기 간섭빛으로부터 상기 제2빛의 위상변화를 측정하는 디텍터를 포함하고 있다.
본 발명은 클래드가 제거되어 노출된 광섬유의 코어에 측정용 시료를 올려놓고, 측정용 시료에 따른 빛의 굴절률의 변화로 변화되는 위상를 측정하여 측정용 시료를 검출하기 때문에, 간편하고 매우 높은 감도로 정확하게 측정용 시료를 검출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical fiber type interferometer sensor is provided to extract a measured sample with a high sensitivity by measuring a phase which is changed due to change of the refractive index of the light. CONSTITUTION: A first optical coupler(40) branches an incident light. The first optic-coupler outputs a first light and a second light to a reference(20) and a sensing route(30). The reference route is formed of the first optical fiber. The sensing route is formed of a second optical fiber. A sensor unit(50) changes the phase of the second light due to the change of the refractive index of the second light. The refractive index of the second light is changed by a sample to be measured. The second optical-coupler(60) converges the first light and the second light. The second optical-coupler outputs a coherent light. A detector(70) measures the phase change of the second light from the coherent light.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种光纤型干涉仪传感器，通过测量由于光的折射率变化而改变的相位，以高灵敏度提取测量样品。 构成：第一光耦合器（40）分支入射光。 第一光耦合器将第一光和第二光输出到基准（20）和感测路径（30）。 参考路径由第一光纤形成。 感测路径由第二光纤形成。 传感器单元（50）由于第二光的折射率的变化而改变第二光的相位。 第二光的折射率由要测量的样品改变。 第二光耦合器（60）会聚第一光和第二光。 第二光耦合器输出相干光。 检测器（70）测量来自相干光的第二光的相位变化。
