Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mixture strain of Bacillus sp. CMB L1 and Lactobacillus sp. CMB201 is provided to be used as a microbial formulation. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus sp. CMB L1(KCTC 18135) and Lactobacillus sp. CMB 201(KCTC 18136) are isolated from soybean paste and have thrombolysis activity and anticancer activity. A food composition for anticancer and immunity enhancement contains the Bacillus sp. CMB L1(KCTC 18135) and Lactobacillus sp. CMB 201(KCTC 18136) or culture thereof.

The present invention provides: a recombinant vector for targeting a target protein comprising any one base sequence among the base sequences coding four kinds of transit peptides derived from PsbP protein, a kind of oxygen evolving protein (OEC) of tobacco, to a chloroplast of a plant; plant cells transformed with the recombinant vector; a method for producing the target protein in large quantities in the chloroplast of the plant by transferring and accumulating the target protein to the chloroplast of the plant, the method comprises a step for transforming the plant cells with the recombinant vector; a method for manufacturing a transgenic plant producing the target protein in large quantities in the chloroplast, the method comprises a step for transforming the plant cells with the recombinant vector; the transgenic plant producing the target protein produced by the same method in large quantities in the chloroplast; a method for producing the target protein in large quantities in the chloroplast by transferring and accumulating the target protein from a plant tissue to the chloroplast, the method comprises a step for transiently expressing the target protein by introducing the recombinant vector into the plant tissue; and a composition for targeting the chloroplast of the plant producing the target protein comprising any one base sequence among the base sequences coding four kinds of the transit peptides.
