Abstract: 본 발명은 금속 스텐트에 이산화티탄 또는 질소가 도핑된 이산화티탄 박막을 코팅하고, 산화티탄 박막층 표면에 약물을 부착한 약물방출 스텐트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
보다 상세하게, 본 발명은 혈관 내에 삽입이 가능한 금속 스텐트를 PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition)법으로 이산화티탄 또는 질소가 도핑된 이산화티탄 박막을 코팅하고, 산화티탄 박막층을 저온플라즈마법으로 히드록시기가 도입된 표면으로 개질하며, 항혈전제 또는 신생내막 과다 생성 억제제 등의 약물을 화학적으로 부착함으로써 혈관 내에서 약물이 지연 방출 되는 약물방출 스텐트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a drug releasing stent is provided, which expands blood vessel of a site that is narrowed and releases drug with delay. CONSTITUTION: A drug releasing stent comprises: a titanium oxide layer which is formed by coating the surface of a metal stent with titanium oxide; and a medicine coating layer in which drug is combined with the top of the titanium oxide layer. The metal stent material is biocompatible metal selected from a group consisting of chrome, cobalt and alloy thereof. The thickness of the titanium oxide layer is 10-500 nm.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种药物释放支架的制造方法，其使得缩小部位的血管扩张，延迟释放药物。 构成：药物释放支架包括：通过用氧化钛涂覆金属支架的表面而形成的氧化钛层; 以及药物包覆层，其中药物与氧化钛层的顶部结合。 金属支架材料是选自铬，钴及其合金的生物相容性金属。 氧化钛层的厚度为10-500nm。
