Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a radiopharmacy for mitochondria image and a precursor thereof are provided to simply obtain the radiopharmacy with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a radiopharmacy for microchondria image comprises a step of substituting X^1 substituent of a compound of chemical formula 1 or salt thereof with radioactive isotope of 18F, 76Br or 123I. The E is phosphorus or nitrogen. The radiopharmacy is 18F-fluoromethyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-2-fluoroethyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-3-fluoropropyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-4-fluorobutyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-5-fluoropentyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-6-fluorohexyl triphenyl phosphonium, 18F-7-fluoroheptyl phenyl phosphonium, or 18F-8-fluorooctyl triphenyl phosphonium.
