Abstract: A concrete dispersant manufacturing method is provided to prevent the offensive odor of a concrete dispersant and to secure high workability due to the low early aging phenomenon and high dispersability and compressive strength. A concrete dispersant manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a reactant including wastes generated during an aromatic compound manufacturing process; dehydrating and sulfonating the reactant by adding sulphuric acid; esterifying the dehydrated and sulfonated reactant by adding alcohol; neutralizing the reactant by adding an aqueous alcohol solution; and oxidizing the reactant by adding an oxidizing agent. The reactant contains at least one selected from a group comprising lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde, and petroleum sulfonate dispersants. Wastes and a concrete dispersant added to the reactant are mixed at the ratio of 100:1~30:70.
