Abstract: 본 발명은 티타늄 응집제 처리공정을 이용한 담수화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 응집제인 티타늄화합물을 이용하여 유/무기물을 제거한 염수를 분리막을 이용하여 탈염처리함으로써 파울링 및 스케일 형성을 방지하여 탈염처리효율이 증대된 염수의 탈염화 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 염수에 포함된 이물질 또는 부유물을 제거하는 전처리 단계와, 전처리단계에서 전처리된 염수에 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물을 첨가하여 상기 염수에 포함된 유/무기물과 상기 티타늄 화합물이 응집반응에 의해 응집체를 형성하는 응집체형성단계와, 응집체형성단계에서 형성된 응집체를 상등액과 분리하는 응집체분리단계와, 응집체분리단계에서 분리된 응집체를 소결하여 티타늄산화물을 회수하는 티타늄산화물회수단계와, 응집체분리단계에서 응집체를 분리하고 남은 상등액을 막 모듈을 통과시켜 탈염처리하는 막여과단계를 포함한다.

Abstract: A desalination method using the titanium coagulant treatment process is provided to prevent secondary environmental pollution and enable the resources to be recycled by recovering a titanium compound used as a coagulant in the form of titanium oxides. A desalination method of salt water using a coagulant comprises: a pretreatment step of removing foreign materials or suspended solids contained in salt water; an aggregate forming step of adding a hydrolyzable titanium compound to the pretreated salt water, thereby performing an aggregation reaction between organic/inorganic matters contained in the salt water and the titanium compound to form an aggregate; an aggregate separation step of separating the aggregate from supernatant; a titanium oxide recovering step of sintering the aggregate to recover titanium oxides; and a desalination step of passing the supernatant through membrane modules to desalinate the supernatant.

Abstract translation: 提供了使用钛凝聚剂处理方法的脱盐方法，以防止二次环境污染，并且通过回收用作氧化钛形式的凝结剂的钛化合物来使资源再循环。 使用凝结剂的盐水的淡化方法包括：除去盐水中所含的异物或悬浮固体的预处理步骤; 将水解性钛化合物添加到预处理盐水中的聚集体形成工序，进行盐水中含有的有机/无机物与钛化合物的聚集反应，形成集合体; 聚集体与上清液分离的聚集分离步骤; 氧化钛回收步骤，烧结所述骨料以回收氧化钛; 以及使上清液通过膜组件脱盐上清液的脱盐步骤。
